Qualifications

 - Over 20 years experience in the construction industry, including Senior Building Inspector in a large metropolitan area
 - Nationally accredited education and training
 - Masters Degree in Vocational-Technical Education
 - Nationally Certified Residential Building Inspector
 - Nationally Certified Home Inspector
 - State-licensed OWTS Inspector
 - National Home Inspector Examination
