What Our Home Inspection Covers

What to Expect During an Inspection
The time it takes to conduct a home inspection can range from two to five hours, with around three and a half hours being the average.  The length of the inspection depends entirely on the size and age of the home, as well as the number of defects found.  Please plan on being present during the home inspection; at least to the degree that you can be.  This will provide you with an opportunity to observe the inspection and you will have a much better understanding of the findings.   And it gives us an opportunity to discuss the findings to make sure you understand what they mean.
